The returns policy excludes flower products from its returns provisions because they are perishable; your statutory rights remain unaffected. If you have a complaint, contact customer support promptly: the policy requires complaints to be reviewed within 14 days after dispatch.
You can access a 20% Student Beans discount through the student discount page after verifying your student status. Gift hampers are excluded, standard delivery charges apply, and you cannot combine the discount with another promotional code or offer.

Bunches.co.uk offers flowers and gifts delivered to your recipient’s door, with collections spanning bouquets, house plants, hampers and greetings cards. You can browse letterbox flowers or hand-tied arrangements featuring blooms such as roses, freesias and lilies. For a recurring gift, flower subscriptions offer deliveries each week or month.
If you prefer a plant, the selection includes orchids, peace lilies, ferns and flowering varieties. Selected plants let you choose an accompanying pot, so you can consider how your gift suits the recipient’s home. Personalised greetings cards give you another way to mark birthdays, new arrivals or a simple thank you.
Beyond flowers, Bunches.co.uk stocks food and drink gifts through its gift hamper collection. You can choose afternoon tea treats, chocolate selections, cheese hampers and wine gifts, with vegan and gluten-free options also available. Brands include Cartwright & Butler and Meg Rivers, and gifts come in formats ranging from letterbox boxes to baskets. This variety helps you choose something that reflects your recipient’s tastes, whether you want a small gesture or a larger celebration gift.
